Pies with red caviar

Ingredients:

Finished puff pastry – 500 grams

Red caviar – 100 grams

Philadelphia cheese – five tablespoons

Cucumbers – 50 grams

Dill greens – 1 bunch

Pitted olives – 50 grams

Defrost the finished puff pastry, roll it into a thin layer and cut circles. After that, make half circles. Spread whole circles, grease with egg white, then close in a semicircle and grease with egg yolk. After that, pierce the dough with a fork and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

While making pies, prepare a creamy sauce. To do this, mix the cheese with pre-chopped cucumbers and dill.

After the pies are cooked, fill them with sauce, put red caviar, garnish with pitted olives and serve.
