Ingredients:
-375g shrimp.
– 180 ml of thick cream (mayonnaise may be).
– 2 teaspoons of fresh dill.
– 1 tablespoon of finely grated horseradish (variation – without it).
– salt and white pepper to taste.
– 2 tablespoons of red caviar
– salmon
Instruction:
Mix everything except salmon in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Roll salmon into cones and stuff them with a mixture. Serve with lemon slices.
